ICELAND

It’s an astonishing land, one with volcanoes, glaciers and thousands of waterfalls.  What attracted me to photograph even more  was the more obscure evidence of the permanent residents.  The immense landscape is dotted with abandonded farmhouses,  weather beaten villages and beached fishing boats.  The combination is most captivating.
