Hand coloring


There is some subject matter, in particular historical or very old, that seems to request a subdued palette of color. In this collection I have used the technique of applying pastel pigments to both silver gelatin and digital photographic papers.  Older buildings, bridges and items found at ghost towns are favored subjects.  A subset can be seen with vintage cars, not restored, but in a state of benign neglect
